Ok... So what is there to do at Cedar Knoll?
Boating on Lower Beverly Lake is a common & fun past-time
We respectfully request that you do not bring Jet-Skis, they can be very loud, travel at a high-rate of speed and often the user operates in a "daring" & potentially dangerous manner
Please see our Boating Safety section under the More Info drop-menu
Equally as popular as Boating is Swimming & playing in the Lake with water-toys
Please swim to your capabilities/skill-level, a smart idea is to "walk out" to a comfortable depth and swim-back towards shore
Please keep your water-toys under control and don't let them float-away
Sandals or water-shoes are strongly recommended: Zebra Mussel shells are everywhere, they are sharp & dirty, a cut could easily become infected
Please see our Swimming Safety section under the More Info drop-menu
Cycling is a fun past-time and a good method to get some exercise & "feel a breeze" on hotter days
Railroad Street is about 3Km from end-to-end, for the more-experienced cyclist, you could cycle into Delta & there are some walking-trails in the woods South of the Main Property: this is private property however the Owner has expressed to Eric & Nancy they don't mind people using the trails as-long-as they respect the property, the foliage and wildlife
Please respect the "rules of the road" and see our Cycling Safety section under the More Info drop-menu
On the hotter-days or during poor weather, playing card / board games is a fun past-time, Please bring your favorites with you
Paddle-Boarding & Sail-Boarding have become popular in the last decade

Sail-Boarding is much more physically demanding and is dependent on wind, you may have a hard-time getting the winds you need on Lower Beverly Lake
Please see our Swimming Safety section under the More Info drop-menu
2 Campfire favorites are roasting marshmallows &/or making S'Mores
